Madison joined the IEP team in 2015 as a student nurse. She graduated from
San Francisco State University with a Master’s in Nursing in 2019, specializing in pediatric nursing. She worked for 3 years as a nurse in the Cardiac ICU at
Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital before relocating to the UK with her husband, Connor. She is currently working at a spinal injury clinic in the UK.
In January 2023, Madison took on the role of Assistant Director of Nursing for The International Extremity Project. She has embraced a more integral role as a lead organizing team member for our organization and looks forward to being a key part of the IEP family for many years to come.
